I waited 2 hours after an online checkin, I was supposed to have my cut done around 1:45 pm. A customer that was in front of me was first available. The stylist that had the first available did not know how to do child’s cut so Brittani took the cut pushing my cut back about 45 minutes. I had waited so long that my name left the wait list in the store. Then Britanni started to take the next person in line whereas they were no first on the list. I explained to her my concerns calmly and respectfully. She then said that I was being disrespectful and asked if I wanted my hair cut but she would not be disrespected. I was concerned I would not get cut the way I want plus the possibility that she would hurt me while cutting my hair. I then left.

This place really needs a time management lesson. If you have 7 customers waiting on a haircut and 4-5 people cutting hair you get your crap together and take care of your customers. Instead they took this time to make their customers wait over an hour while they All took a break and thought that this was the perfect time to train a new employee instead of taking care of the customs waiting. The franchise owner really needs to drop in at times and educate their employees on customer service. This business already has a low rating and unfortunately I now see why.
